Exceptional customer service in a time when many businesses have no or very poor customer service. I brought my car in as the tire pressure light had come on. It was very busy, and I was told there would be a 45-minute wait. Seeing my dismay, Doug immediately checked my tires and found the one that had a leak. The tire was removed and he showed me there was a nail in it. B/c of the nail's location, the tire couldn't be repaired. He didn't have my tire in stock but said he could have one to the store in 2 1/2 hours. Since it didn't work with my schedule, I could come back by 5:00 or the next day. I had had poor service at another tire store in the past, where the promised order was not made. I called Stevenson's to be sure that my tire was indeed ordered, and it was already there that afternoon! The following morning when I arrived Doug was already expecting me and the defective tire was replaced immediately!

Brought my car in and ask for fluids and diagnostic on my car to take care of anything that could be wrong with my car. They did my batteries before and always get a honest review of needed service on my car. An honest company to make you feel secure when you have fluids and engines needs fixed and you drive away feeling like you know they fixed your car correctly and did not pile on a bunch of services you did not need.
